In short, the baggage should arrive today, Friday, at which point we will have to change the customs declarations, and this is a challenge of the most terrible, and we should finally be able to leave by train to go to Baisun (12 hours).
Arrived there, we move on Saturday morning to the city of Termez where they release the specific permission to go to the mountain of Baisun Tau, but we are not sure that we take it as perhaps that office could be closed.
If all goes well (baggage arrives, no problems with custom and with permits), sunday we should be able to start the climb to the Wall, which will take two days.
And this, especially for me and Tono, means that we risk to have there only 4 days available, before having to get off and begin the slow and cumbersome return.
We'll see.
Meanwhile, if we miss only one of the above conditions, we must renounce the expedition for lack of time and sadly do return to Italy, but let's hope not.
Despite all the the atmosphere is good, the group as well, the outlook for documentation and for exploration in Dark Star are exciting.
Greetings, Tullio Participating in this expedition: Tullio Bernabei, Antonio (Tono) De Vivo, Umberto Del Vecchio and Ferdinando Valentino
