In queue at the event along with Beba (Alicia Davila) we have delivered 7 full equipment for progression to representatives of communities Lopez Mateos and Lazaro Cardenas, so that former students can continue training.
Next friday the presentation will be repeated in Tuxtla Gutierrez, the capital of Chiapas, and then in San Cristobal de las Casas.
The book, which has an horizontal format to enhance most of the photos taken in the Cueva during the photographic expedition of 2009, seems to recover a great success. 7,000 copies were printed in three languages (spanish, italian and english), most of which are already distributed to major universities of Chiapas.
We hope that this new step forward brings us soon to the creation of a Centre for Karst Studies located right here, in the best imaginable place, with all the consequences that will be.
